Mother and Baby Playgroup: Little Angels



Little Angels is a casual group for mothers with little babies up to about age one who are not yet walking, established by Iona Macnab IBCLC in 2001 and still running!

The aim of the Little Angels group is to relax and chat with other mothers in Tokyo in an informal setting, while the babies play, feed or just enjoy being with Mum.

Little Angels meet twice a month, generally on the first and third Fridays from 10.30am till about 12 noon. Simple refreshments provided. Come along to meet new friends, ask questions or browse through Blue Sky's extensive collection of parenting books.

As you may know, Iona is a Lactation Consultant and the group is held in her home, run by volunteer mothers while Iona is in Australia. Iona is still available for consultations to answer questions about breastfeeding, increasing your milk, colic, settling babies, starting solids, weaning and any other concerns. The consultations are currently all conducted online via skype, phone and email.

Nearest station: Sakura Shinmachi on the Denen-toshi line,(the Hanzomon line extension) only 4 stops out of Shibuya on the local train.
